Ms. Kelly caught some pretty cute pictures of Alex last week at school. She is in a weird stage where she likes to just...pull down her pants. For no reason at all. She isn't poopie. She isn't hot. She isn't uncomfortable. She just...likes to do it!
Silly girl (-:
Pants on the Ground!
Wednesday night was REALLY rough for Alex. Mom and Dad were convinced she was coming down with another cold...and it turns out they were RIGHT. But, here she is Thursday afternoon at school...just as happy as can be!
Thinking...
A wonderful highlight of our weekend, was our trip the Wishing Star Farm (that has been relocated and is under new ownership) on Saturday morning. We have been the past 2 years...so this makes our 3rd year visiting the Wishing Star Farms. A fantastic tradition that Alex was able to really enjoy this year. She LOVES animals right now...so this was right up her ally.
Petting the farm dog:
Watching the pig nom down a pumpkin. This pig and Mom have a lot in common!
A big group of my friends from school all met us there...and The Loomis Family! Gavin, Gwyn, Jameson, James, Alexa, and Conner all met us at the farm.
We truly had a blast running around and doing all there was to do...and seeing all there was to see. Petting the farm animals, playing in the corn pits, a hayride to the pumpkin patch, picking out pumpkins, rubber duck races, climbing a giant haystack, and pony rides!
A baby goat who was about 6 weeks old (named Pumpkin) took a liking to Alex, and Alex's clothes. Nom nom nom. LOL
Pumping water so that we could float little plastic ducks down the pipe...
Alex and Gwyn enjoyed wagon rides from whoever wanted to lug them around:
Playing in the corn...I had corn everywhere! Mom is still finding corn kernels all around the house...in the most interesting places!
My buddy James:
Horses and Camels! Oh my.
Pony ride!
Alex LOVED riding the pony and would have stayed on the pony all day long, had we let her.
She takes pony back rides very seriously...
On the hayride with my friends:

Mom was sitting next to Gavin, so she got this selfie of him smiling BIG:
Picking out a pumpkin:
Family picture opportunity!
It was quite difficult trying to get all my friends to hold still for a decent picture. PLUS, we were looking into the sun.

And a few pictures that were taken from some of the other camera's that were snapping pictures:

I get to go back to Wishing Star Farm with my class at school on October 21st for a field trip.
After our visit to the Pumpkin Patch, Alex and I took some long naps. When Alex woke up...she was running a fever. Luckily, some Tylenol helped bring it down. Grandma and Grandpa came over so that Mom and Dad could go on a date night. They went to an Italian place called Rocco's, and had a great dinner with Larissa and Shawn.
On Sunday, Alex decided to swipe a pair of my underwear...and Mom found that she had put them on her head. Nice, Alex. Really nice. LOL
Mom went and had brunch with her friends, and ran a couple of errands. We took the afternoon pretty easy...and hung around the house Sunday night. I woke up for the first time in a LONG time, early Monday morning and was complaining of an upset tummy. I ended up sleeping in Mom and Dad's bed the rest of the night. Turns out...I have caught the cold Alex had! Darn.
This weekend...is my 4TH BIRTHDAY PARTY!! I can't wait to celebrate with my friends and family at Trampoline World on Sunday afternoon. And then Monday is my ACTUAL Birthday! Mom and Dad plan to take the day off of work so that we can do something special. I'm super excited...and super aware of what it all means. Can't believe I'm going to be FOUR. Means this blog just had its 4th Birthday also! Hope everyone has a good week.
