Moses in his favorite spot on the couch (he will be 7 in November)
Molly hiding her face...ready for bed...annoyed with the lights:
On Saturday we didn't do a whole lot. Well...at least the kids didn't. I ran around like a crazy person. I took Molly and Moses over to a new dog sitter's house to check everything out. I think they will be fine during our Fort Collins/Denver trip this weekend. Saturday night Jeff and I got to go out with Ami and Rusty. We had a good time at Cleats!
Sunday morning we were up and out of the house headed for The Pantry in Green Mountain Falls. We got to sit outside and it was just perfect!
Give this kid a knife...LOL
The Pantry has this amazing cinnamon raisin bread and the best country potatoes! And JR decided that he likes bacon on this morning. HA.
Coffee thief. Think it is safe to say I might have two coffee drinkers on my hands...
After breakfast we met Cathy, Connor, Shawn, Larissa, Gavin, and Gwyn at the North Pole. We hadn't been at all this year...and our trip was excellent! We manged to show up at opening, and leave at closing! 7 fun-filled hours. Although the Dad's were ready to go after about 4 hours. Ha!

Connor's hair is a work of art:
Chattin it up with Santa. Alex (of course) wanted nothing to do with visiting Santa, so JR was kind enough to put a couple of requests in for her. "My little sister Alex would like a butterfly, a shopping cart, and some more babies." Too cute.
JR asked for a metal detector so that he can find money. No...he doesn't have Williams blood in him...at all.
There were definitely a few rides that Gwyn would ride...that Alex wanted NOTHING to do with. So she would sit and happily watch. She did enjoy quite a few rides though!
These 3 guys...
Ice cream break!
Group photo!
And here are a bunch of pictures from Larissa and Cathy's cameras:
We all 3 went on the spinny-spinny ride with the boys...so we decided to do a "Before" picture.

Getting ready to get on...

Here I am!

And the "After" picture. HAHAHAH.

Cool magic show. The dude managed to make 3 living birds sort of appear out of nowhere. I'm going to need to youtube that trick!

I decided to go with Connor at the last minute on the Tilt-o-Hurl. And I decided to give the kid a run for his money. Oh boy did I ever. Blah! I didn't puke...but it messed me up the rest of the afternoon. It was funny to watch Connor beg me to go with him again...and I of course refused. So he hopped in with Larissa and the boys for another ride and let's just say they weren't as "active" as we were. He looked pretty bored. Ha!
This one promptly conked out in the car. And when we had to wake her up after arriving at home...she was NOT happy. She was almost acting sick! Super fussy and wouldn't eat. I'm happy to report that after a full 11.5 hours of sleep...she was doing much better this morning. Guess we drove her into the ground without realizing it. She was acting just fine at the park!
This guy managed to stay awake for the first 20 mins of the ride home. Impressive!
We took it easy Sunday night and everybody except for Jeff went to bed early.
Tomorrow we are doing a food evaluation with JR at the CDC to see if he is just normal picky when it comes to food...or if there is something else going on that they could possibly help him with. I will fall over backwards if they could get this child to eat a vegetable.
Jeff and I are taking Friday off together to enjoy some time exercising (Jeff is trying Orange Theory with me), eating, and shopping. We are then headed to Fort Collins on Saturday with the kids! We will stay the night in Fort Collins and visit the local scene. The plan is to head back to Denver on Sunday afternoon for an Ikea trip! And, stay the night so that we can visit the Denver Zoo on Monday (Labor Day).
