Weekly Update

This week was sort of back to business as usual.  Both Alex and JR finally got the homework we have been waiting for.  Jeff came back home from visiting Devin late Tuesday night, and we were oh so happy he was back.  This week the kids have a dentist appointment where I get to yank them from school early, so they are pretty stoked about that.

Junior stopped by and brought us Spaghetti for dinner one night.  So sweet!

Kid approved.  Don't ask JR though--that child still will not touch noodles.

I worked from home on Friday with this guy at my feet.

On Saturday we hung around the house, and Alex made BFF's with the little girl who moved in to our hold house.  They played ALL day and it was tough to pry them apart come bedtime Saturday night.

We originally had plans to attend the Denver Broncos vs Dallas Cowboys game on Sunday.  But, some people are money-grabbers and no good with their word, so we ended up having Nikki come over so that we could enjoy some food and drinks before the game started.  Of course we dressed the kids up!

NOT super excited.  LOL.

Fuzzy's!  Game doesn't start for another 3 hours...but whatever.

By the time the game started, The Loomis Family came over to hang out.  We ordered pizza and the kids ran around like crazy people.  It was a good afternoon.

Even better?  The Broncos won 45-17.  Ha!  Good thing, too.  I don't know how much smack talking I could take from my in-laws this Christmas had they not won.  Phew!




Devin had another bone-marrow biopsy done last week, and he Leukemia cells have greatly decreased!  But, they still ordered a bone marrow transplant.  She had to shave her head again as her hair was just falling out in chunks. It will grow back! But for now, her and Lili have matching hair styles.  Ha!
