Welcome, May!

We had a pretty good week! The Gump family welcomed their baby boy last Tuesday. Another Alex! (Alexander).  We took the kids up to meet the new baby and show them around Penrose St. Francis (where they were both born):

On Saturday we went to a Mother's Day brunch at The Sunbird.  It was put on by the folks that we bought our life insurance through.  We all enjoyed it!  And Alex and Jeff ate their weight in BACON!

On Saturday night we decided to "release the beast" and take the front part off of Alex's crib.  We got her alarm clock in that turns green when she is free to come in and bother us.  Sunday morning and this morning...she did great!  Popped right in after her clock turned Green.  Such a big girl!

We met The Loomis family for pizza on Saturday night and hung out while the kids played.  We thought we were going to attempt a zoo visit on Sunday, but also thought rain looked promising.  Of course it didn't rain! Oh well.  We still got quite a bit of yard work done and ran the errands we needed to run in the afternoon.
