Weekly Update

Already half-way through November! We leave on Saturday for Texas! Time just keeps flying right by.

We had a decent week!  JR didn't have school on Wednesday because of the Veterans Day Holiday.  He was pretty stoked about that.  Alex had her preschool conferences on Thursday.  Ms. Tosha is very happy with Alex and is glad to have her in class.  She had very pleasant things to say about her, and that she is right on track along with her peers.

On Saturday RMCA had their craft fair.  I ended up winning two birthday parties through a silent auction.  The kids enjoyed craft fair treats and a trip to the playground after walking around and seeing all the crafts for sale.

This silly girl....

On Saturday afternoon, the Andrews hosted their annual Fakesgiving.  Everyone brings a dish to share, and we eat, drink, and be merry with friends.  The meal was amazing, and both Jeff and I had a really good time.  Ms. Nikki and another teacher from Hope (Ms. Tiffany) hung out with Alex, JR, Cooper and Baby Laiken at the house.  They all ate pizza and played games and had a pretty darn good time, also!
Cheers!

On Sunday Alex had a Birthday part to attend for her preschool friend, Kenni.  It was at My Little Gym and the kids all ran around like crazy people for an hour before shoveling their faces full of cake.

Alex and Gwyn!

I got to visit my favorite Kendra for highlights and a hair trip later that afternoon. This week is busy with two potluck feasts and preparing for our Texas trip.  We are excited to take a break from our routines and enjoy some good food and family!
